Mail merging is a powerful tool which allows the user to send a similar letter to many people. This is achieved by writing a main letter as usual but the normal address details are replaced by labelled spaces ready to take the addresses of the individuals to be contacted. The table below contains a list of the people, their addresses and other relevant information. |
